Shipping Policies

Toomey's Mardi Gras is not responsible for orders delayed by weather. Order's delayed by weather, or any unforeseen reason outside the control of Toomey's Mardi Gras, are not automatically eligible for a full refund.

If your order is delayed past the date you needed it for and you would like to return it, you may do so at your expense. Once the items are returned and are deemed still in a new condition, you will then be refunded the price of the product only.

Please be sure to double check your shipping information due to the fact that FedEx will charge an additional fee for incorrect shipping address information. You are responsible for ALL shipping charges.

Any and all returns must be authorized within 3 days of your order being delivered. Click here to view the return policy.

Price, specification, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

  • You must allow 48 hours for your order to be pulled and ready.
  • You must present an order number upon arrival to pick up your order.
  • In store pick up does not guarantee you will have no wait time once you arrive.

In the event that your order contains items that are out of stock, those items will be removed from the order and the remainder of the order will be shipped to you. If you do not want a partial shipment then you will need to specify this in the comments section of your order by simply stating "Please do not ship partial order". If you do receive a partial shipment and would still like the items that were out of stock then you would need to order again once they were in back in stock.

If you do not mind a partial shipment, then leave the field blank. Any instructions put into the comments section can result in your order being delayed. It is your responsibility to make yourself available to discuss any questions about your order. Toomey's Mardi Gras is not responsible for any delays or problems caused by us not being able to communicate with you about your order.

Shipping charges shown on-line are estimates only. Customer will be charged for all actual shipping costs.

*Note that of some of our products such as: trinkets, masks, stuffed animals, and throws are light weight and sometimes require large size boxes depending on what you have ordered. In these instances, your package can end up having a large size to weight ratio which means it may be subject to dimensional weight charges as set by the shipping companies.

Dimensional weight considers density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight, to determine billable weight. As stated above, the shipping charges shown on-line are estimates only and the customer is responsible for all actual charges associated with their order, including fees incurred by a shipment found to be billable for dimensional weight.

All orders are shipped via FedEx unless other arrangements are discussed with a Toomey's representative. We ship to all fifty states, as well as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. While standard shipping rates apply to orders going to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, overnight delivery is not available to these territories.

We do not ship or bill online orders internationally. If you are outside of the United States or its territories, please contact us for ordering information.

Toomey's Mardi Gras ships via United Parcel Service, which delivers Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). In addition to Standard Ground service, our customers can choose from among the following express delivery options:

  • Home Delivery
  • Ground Delivery
  • FedEx 2 Day
  • Standard Overnight

Shipments via FedEx Standard Ground service should arrive within 7 business days from the time an order leaves our warehouse. Express orders ship the same business day, pending order verification, if received by 12 noon CST. It is your, the customer's, responsibility to keep up with your packages progress and be there to accept it once it arrives. Toomey's Mardi Gras is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In order to be considered for any kind credits you agree to inspect your package's contents immediately upon being delivered and report any damages or shortages before the end of the current business day. You also must retain all damaged products for any consideration to be made on our part, otherwise we will not be in a position to refund any money or file a claim with FedEx.

FedEx standard rate charges apply to all orders.
